42例丹红注射液不良反应/事件报告分析

Analysis of 42 ADR / Danhong Injection Event Report

目的分析丹红注射液在临床应用过程中的不良反应。方法收集42例我院监测中心数据库丹红注射液发生的不良反应,统计分析患者基本情况、原患疾病、ADR/ADE发生时间、ADR/ADE累及器官和系统、不良反应处理结果。结果发生不良反应患者年龄大于60岁19例,占全部病例45.24%;原患疾病以心脑血管病为多,占总数52.73%,ADR/ADE发生时间在30分钟以内33例,占总数78.57%,发生在60分钟以内41例,占总数97.62%。不良反应累及多个器官,皮肤及其附件不良反应21例,占总数44.68%。结论丹红注射液在使用过程中应该根据患者基本情况给药,密切监测给药后患者的身体状况,尽量减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions Danhong injection in clinical application process. Methods To collect 42 cases of adverse reactions occurred in our hospital monitoring center database of Danhong injection, statistical analysis of the basic situation, primary disease of patients, ADR/ADE occurred, ADR/ADE involvement of organs and systems, the adverse reaction of treatment results. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in patients older than 60 years in 19 cases, accounting for 45.24%of all patients, primary disease of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease is more, accounting for 52.73% of the total, ADR/ADE occurred in 30 minutes in 33 cases, accounting for 78.57%of the total, occurred in 60 minutes in 41 cases, accounting for 97.62% of the total. Adverse reactions involving multiple organs, 21 cases of skin and its appendages adverse reaction, accounting for 44.68% of the total. Conclusion Danhong injection in the use of the process should be based on the basic conditions of the patient administration, close monitoring to the body condition of patients after the treatment, to minimize the occurrence of adverse reactions.
