清肺平喘颗粒联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察

Curative Efficacy of Qingfei Pingchuan Grain in Combination With Budesonide in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨清肺平喘颗粒联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘疗效及对患者肺功能改善的作用。方法 160例符合入选标准的支气管哮喘患者按治疗方案分为对照组(n=80)和观察组(n=80)。对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察组联合应用清肺平喘颗粒治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组81.2%的总有效率(P<0.05)。结论清肺平喘颗粒联合布地奈德对治疗支气管哮喘疗效可靠,值得临床上进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of qingfei pingchuan grain in combination with budesonide in treating bronchial asthma. Methods 160 cases of patients with bronchial asthma meeting the internal critera were selected and equally divided into two groups according to the therapeutic schemes. Besides conventional treatments, the control group was treated with budesonide, while the observation group was treated with qingfei pingchuan grain and budesonide. Then, the curative efficacy was compared. Results The observation group had a therapeutic efifciency ratio of 92.5%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of 81.2%in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of combined treatment of qingfei pingchuan grain with budesonide for bronchial asthma was reliable, which could increase the curative efifcacy and was worthy of being further studied.
