摘要
以平欧杂种榛达维(84-254)为试料,研究不同基质对生根率、生根数量、生根粗度、生根长度以及基质温度对其生根的影响。结果显示:当基质是锯末+草炭时,达维的生根率、生根数量和生根长度最大,分别达到了91.68%、21条、23.42cm;当基质为锯末+土时,达维的生根粗度最大,达到了0.223cm。
This work used Corylus heterophylla × C .avellana hybrid David (84-254) seedlings as trial materials to research the effects of different substrates on rooting rate ,root number ,root diameter ,root length ,and the effect of temperature on rooting .The results showed that David seedling rooting rate ,root number and root length reached 91 .68% ,21 and 23 .42cm on the mixed sawdust and peat substrates ,respectively ,more than those on other sub-strates ,and rooting diameter was the biggest on the mixed sawdust and soil substrates ,which reached 0 .223cm .
