丹泽汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学影响的实验研究

Experimental study on the effect of Danze Decoction on blood lipid and hemorheologic parameters in hyperlipidemic rats

目的研究丹泽汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学指标的影响。方法将48只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、非诺贝特组和丹泽组,每组12只,除正常对照组外,其余3组大鼠均予高脂饲料喂养造模。正常对照组及模型组大鼠予生理盐水灌胃,非诺贝特组大鼠予非诺贝特混悬液灌胃,丹泽组大鼠予丹泽汤混悬液灌胃。灌胃4周后各组大鼠均心脏取血,检测大鼠血清血脂水平及血液流变学各项指标。结果与模型组比较,丹泽组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著升高,全血黏度(ηb,高切、低切)、血浆黏度(ηp)、红细胞聚集指数(IEA)、红细胞刚性指数(IER)、红细胞压积(HCT)显著降低,红细胞变形指数(IED)显著升高,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且丹泽组在改善血液流变学方面作用优于非诺贝特组。结论丹泽汤能有效调节高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢,改善血脂升高引起的血液流变学异常。

Objective To observe the effect of Danze Decoction on blood lipid and hemorheologic parameters in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Model group, fenofibrate group, Danze group in addition to the normal control group were built, using high fat diet for modeling. Physiological saline was given to the rats in normal control group and model group,and the rats in fenofibrate group were given fenofibrate suspension solution, and the rats in Danze group were given Danze Decocotion. After 4 weeks, blood samples were collected from heart of rats in 4 groups, serum lipid levels and hemorheologic indexes were measured. Results Compared with the model group,the levels of serum total cholesterol （ TC）, triglyceride （ TG）, low-destiny lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were decreased significantly, and high-destiny lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） was increased in Danze group. Meanwhile, the high- and low-whole blood viscosity （ ηb） , plasma viscosity （ ηp）, erythrocyte aggregation index （ IEA）, erythrocyte rigidi- ty index （IER）,hematocrit（HCT） were decreased significantly,and erythroeyte deformation index （IED） was in- creased in Danze group,the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Danze Decoction can effectively regulate the blood lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats, and improve hemorheological indexes.
