复方甘草酸苷片联合复方卡力孜然酊、窄谱中波紫外线治疗稳定期白癜风68例临床观察

Clinical observation on 68 cases of stable vitiligo treated with compound glycyrrhizin and compound kaliziran tincture combined with NB-UVB radiation therapy

目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合复方卡力孜然酊、窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法将137例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组68例、对照组69例,对照组给予复方卡力孜然酊外涂及NB-UVB照射治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予复方甘草酸苷片口服。2组在治疗第4、第8及第12周判断疗效,并观察安全性。结果 12周后治疗组总有效率为72.1%,对照组为53.6%,2组比较差异有统计意义(χ2=4.981 1,P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合复方卡力孜然酊、NB-UVB治疗稳定期白癜风临床疗效确定,安全性强,12周后即可发挥出较好的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety in treating stable vitiligo with compound glycyrrhizin and compound kaliziran tincture combined with NB-UVB radiation therapy. Methods 137 cases were radomly divided into treatment group（ 68 cases）,control group（ 69 cases）. The control group was treated with external application of compound kaliziran tincture and radiation of NB-UVB. Besides that,the treatment group was treated with extra compound glycyrrhizin tablet. The curative effect and safety were observed on 4 th,8 th and 12 th week respectively. Results The total effective rates were 72. 1%（ treatment group） and 53. 6%（ control group）after 12 weeks. There was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment plays a better therapeutic effect after 12 weeks. It＇s effective and safe.
