摘要
目的观察黄芪桂枝五物汤合四物汤加味治疗产后身痛的临床疗效。方法采用黄芪桂枝五物汤合四物汤加味治疗产后身痛患者22例。结果痊愈12例(占54.5%),有效8例(占36.4%),无效2例(占9.1%),总有效率为90.9%。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤合四物汤加味治疗产后身痛临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Huangqiguizhiwuwu Decoction and Siwu Decoction modified in treating 22 cases with puerperal body pain. Methods 22 patients were treated with Huangqiguizhiwuwu Decoction and Siwu Decoction. Results 12 patients made quick recoveries（ 54. 5%） and 8 patients partly alleviated（ 36. 4%）,only 2 patients had no effect（ 9. 1%）. The total effective rate was 90. 9%. Conclusion The treatment has an evident effect. It can be popularized and applied.
