摘要
采用非等温DSC法、红外和旋转流变仪研究了具有高陶瓷转化率的聚碳硅烷(PCAS)的固化行为。通过Kissinger,Ozawa和Crane方程计算得到PCAS的固化动力学参数:表观活化能E=122.5 kJ/mol,固化反应级数n=0.95,指前因子A=9.74×108。PCAS树脂在固化过程中发生Diels-Alder反应和硅氢化反应,可在220℃快速固化,粘度从7.12×103Pa·s变化至1.52×107Pa·s。
The curing behaviors of polycarbosilane was investigated by nonisothermal DSC, FT-IR and rheological analysis. The kinetic parameters of this system were calculated by Kissinger, Ozawa and Crane equations and the results were as followed: apparent activation energy122.5 kJ/mol, reaction order 0.95 and frequent factor 9.74 ×10^8. The Diels-Alder reaction and the hydrosilylation reaction occurred during the curing process of PCAS resin. The PCAS resin could be quickly cured at 220 ℃ and the viscosity varied from 7.12×10^3Pa·s to 1.52×10^7Pa·s.
