摘要
以改性环氧树脂(EP)与改性胺类固化剂为原料,制备了1种发电系统储能用电池密封胶,通过力学性能测试及DSC分析研究了各组分及配比对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,当m(改性EP)∶m(固化剂)=100∶25,固化条件为60℃/1.5 h时胶粘剂玻璃化转变温度达到75.68℃,冲击强度23.67 kJ/m2、剪切强度8.23 MPa。改性EP具有良好的增韧效果,提高了胶粘剂的耐冲击性和粘接性能,而对其耐热性能影响不大。该密封材料可以满足太阳能/风能发电系统对储能电池的高品质要求。
The sealant of storage battery for power generation system was prepared using modified epoxy resin(EP) and modified amine curing agent as raw materials. The effects of components and their ratios on the adhesive properties were investigated by the testings of mechanical properties and DSC analysis. The results showed that the glass transition temperature, impact strength and shear strength of the adhesives were 75.68 ℃,23.67 kJ/m2 and 8.23 MPa, respectively as the conditions as followed: m(modified EP) ∶ m(curing agent)=100 ∶ 25 and curing at 60 ℃ for 1.5 h. The modified EP had good toughening effects. The impact resistance and bonding properties of the adhesive were improved and the heat resistance was not affected. The sealing materials met the high quality requirements of storage battery for the solar/wind power generation system.
