摘要 矩形容器作为非回转型容器,其应力分布较回转型容器复杂,对一实际矩形容器进行应力测试实验,得到该容器不同部位的应力值,并通过国标给出的强度条件进行强度校核,同时将结果与新颁布的GB 150—2011中规定的矩形截面容器的应力计算公式的计算结果进行对比分析,为容器的优化设计提供指导。 Compared with revolving vessels, there are more complicated stress distributions in noncircular vessels. In this article, a stress measuring experiment was carried out for a practical noncircular vessel. The stresses in different locations were obtained, and then these stresses were checked based on the limits in Chinese standard. At the same times, by using the equations provided in the newly issued standard GB150--2011 for noncircular vessels, the stresses in this vessel were also calculated and compared with the results from the experiment, the results from the comparison are hoped to provide reference in optimum design ofnoncircular vessels.
