摘要
制备了一种稳定的水包油型乳状液体系,开展了此乳状液在30 cm长均质柱状岩芯的渗流实验,模拟乳状液在不同渗透率模拟储层中运移的过程。实验结果表明,平均粒径为3.673μm的乳状液在渗透率0.6~1μm^2的岩芯中注入性和调驱能力都较好;当乳状液平均粒径与孔道平均直径的比值dr≤0.33时,乳状液的注入性较好,当dr〉0.33时,随着dr的增大,乳状液的注入性迅速变差。
A kind of stable O/W emulsion was prepared in the laboratory: Seepage experiments of this emulsion in homogeneous cylindrical core with the length of 30 cm were carried out to simulate the seepage process of emulsion in reservoir beds with separate permeability. The experimental results showed that the emulsion with particles of 3. 673 μm average diameter can be injected into deep of the core. In the cores with permeability from 0.6 to 1 μm^2 ,the emulsion has good property both in profile control and injection. When the ratio of aver- age diameter of emulsion and average diameter of core is less than 0. 33,the property of injection is well. When the ratio of average diameter of emulsion and average diameter of core is larger than 0.33, as the ratio increa- ses, the property of injection decreases quickly.
