妊娠高血压综合征患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白4的水平变化

Changes of serum retinol binding protein 4 levels in pregnancy-induced hypertension patients

目的检测妊高征患者血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)的水平,探讨RBP4与妊高征的关系。方法妊高征组60例(轻度妊高征组35例、重度妊高征组25例),正常妊娠组35例,采用免疫比浊法测定其血清中RBP4,并同时测定其空腹血糖(FBG)及空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果轻度和重度妊高征组血清RBP4和HOMA-IR均明显高于正常妊娠组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度妊高征组RBP4和HOMA-IR明显高于轻度妊高征组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清RBP4水平升高,可作为妊高征患者临床观察指标。

[Objective] To deteet the levels of serum retinol binding protein 4 （RBP4） and pregnancy-induced hypertension （PIH）. [Methods] 60 eases of P1H group （mild PIH group 35 cases and severe PIH group 25 cases）, 35 cases of normal pregnancy group, RBP4 in serum were determined by immune turbidimetry, and simultaneous determination of fasting blood glucose （FBG） and fasting insulin （FINS）, insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） was calculated, [ Results ] Serum RBP4, HOMA-IR in mild and severe PIH group were significantly higher than that of non＇hal pregnancy group, the difference was statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）; severe PIH group RBP4, HOMA-IR were higher than those of mild PIH group, the difference was statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The higher serum level of RBP4 can be used as indicators of clinical observation in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
