官民矛盾、群体性事件与化解之道

A Study on Contradictions between Officials and Civilian,the Mass Incidents and the Solutions

在当下中国,由于经济体制与社会结构双重转型,官民矛盾表现出集各种矛盾于一身的新型状态,并成为群体性事件爆发的主要根由,且直指执政党以及基本政治制度的合法性。在此背景下,加强与创新社会管理,有效化解官民矛盾,重建和谐官民关系,已成为一个重要的时代课题。文章着重分析了官民矛盾的表现形态、形成机理,官民矛盾与群体性事件的逻辑关系及化解之道。

Due to the scarcity of resources, the contradiction between officials and civilian is a universal social existence. In the period of transitions of econonic systems and social structure, contradictions between officials and civilian show a collection of various kinds of contradictions, and become the main cause of mass incidents, and focus on the legitimacy of the ruling party and the basic political system. In this context, it is an important topic of our times to strengthen the social management, effectively resolve the contradictions between officials and civilian, reconstruct the harmonious relationship between them. This paper focuses on the analysis of the formation mechanism, logical relation and resolution of contradictions between officials and civilian.
