摘要 传统的学校信息化领导力研究主要聚焦于校长信息化领导力方面。然而根据团体动力学和分布式领导理论,"领导"不再是个体领导者单向的、静态的、线性的活动,而是组织内不同成员根据自己的能力和环境条件,动态地分享领导角色。教师是学校的中坚力量,是学校决策和教学任务的执行者和实施者,也是推进教育信息化的主力军。教师信息化领导力是学校信息化领导力的一个重要组成部分,是指教师在教育信息化背景下,自觉运用信息化思想和技能,通过教育教学、教学管理、教师专业发展、促进学校信息文化等活动来影响学生、同事和校长以便促进学校信息化教育教学发展和推进教育信息化进程的能力和过程。它由信息技术能力、信息化教学领导力、信息化专业发展领导力和学校信息化文化领导力四个方面构成。这四个构成部分之间相互支持、相互影响,通过在信息化教学活动、信息化专业发展活动和学校信息化环境规划和建设活动中发挥作用来促进学校信息化发展,推动教育信息化的进程。 Traditionally, the study of information technology leadership in school education mainly focuses on the principal's informatization leadership. However, according to the theories of group dynamics and distributed leadership, "leadership" is no longer the unidirectional, static and linear activity of an individual leader. Instead, members within the organization dynamically share the role of leadership according to their abilities and the environmental conditions. Teachers are the backbone of the school, not only the executor and implementer of school's strategic decisions and teaching tasks, but also the main force to promote the educational informatization. Information technology leadership of teachers, an important part of school informatization leadership, refers to the ability of teachers to affect the students, colleagues and school principals as well as this process in order to promote the development of education and teaching informatization and push forward the informatization process of education. Teachers consciously use the idea and skills of information, under the background of education informatization, through several activities such as the education and teaching, the teaching management, teachers' professional development, promoting school's information culture to realize this process. Teachers' information leadership consists of four parts: the ability of information technology, informatization instructional leadership, informatization professional development leadership and information culture leadership of school. These four parts support and interact each other to promote the informatization development of the school and promote the process of educational information through informatization teaching activities, professional development activities, information environment planning and construction of the school.
