基于熵值法的城市生态文明发展水平评价的实证研究

Empirical Study on Evaluation the Level of Urban Ecological Civilization by Entropy Method

城市生态文明程度是实现经济社会可持续发展的重要体现。本文从生态文明的理念出发,界定了生态文明的概念,构建了城市生态文明评价指标体系,通过熵值法对生态文明发展水平进行了综合评价,以山西为实例,与全国其他地区生态文明发展进行对比分析,从实践的角度验证了该评价指标体系的合理性和可行性。文章最后提出了城市生态文明发展的对策建议。

Urban ecological civilization is one important manifestation of economic and social sustainable development. Based on the theory of ecological civilization, this paper defines the concept of ecological civilization, eoustructs the index system of urban ecological civilization, and evaluates the level of development by entropy method. Taking Shanxi as an example, comparative analysis is made on the level of ecological civilization development with other areas, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation index system from a practical point of viewr. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions of the urban ecological civilization.
