Financial Constraints on the Transformation of the Western Rural Economic Development Mode:Theory and Empirical Analysis Based on the Perspective of Endogenous

在农村生产技术水平既定的情况下,资本要素,特别是农村金融资本对西部农村经济集约化和可持续发展的约束性影响十分明显。打破农村经济发展的金融约束,充分发挥金融资本在提高农村生产效率中的催化剂作用,将有利于促进西部农村经济发展方式的转变。基于内生经济增长理论框架分析金融资本作用于西部农村经济可持续发展的机制,并实证分析了金融资本对西部农村经济发展方式转变的约束因素。

Given technical level of production in rural areas, it is very obvious that capital, especially the rural financial capital constraints on the intensive and sustainable development of the western rural economy. Giving full play to the role of financial capital such as catalyst in the improvement of rural production efficiency, it will facili- tate the transformation of the western rural economic development mode to break the financial constraints on the de- velopment of rural economy. Based on the theory framework of endogenous economic growth, this paper analyzes theoretically the mechanism of action in the western rural economy sustainable development, and gives a empirical evidence that the financial capital constraints on the transformation of the western rural economic development mode.
