摘要
英国苏格兰高中课改是在整合苏格兰政府为3—18岁儿童和青(少)年整体设计的卓越课程体系中进行的,现仍在改革主体的相互对话和调适中按期发展。试从当下课改主导价值全球趋同和路径选择地区差异的辩证视角,来分析苏格兰高中课改的主要特点,厘清其课改政策的历史—文化语境,概括其课改的整体归属性与阶段独特性,并述评其学业评价改革的最新动态。
The British Scotland curriculum reform of secondary education was integrated and carried on in the system of Curriculum of Excellence designed for children and young man (teenagers) at the age of 3-18. It developed as planned through the dialogue of reform agents and moderation. This paper analyzes the main characteristics of senior-phase curriculum reform from a dialectical perspective to clarify its historical and cultural context of policy of curriculum reform; and summarizes its holistic belongingness and the stage specialty; and reviews the latest tendency of academic evaluation reform from the dialectical perspective of global value convergence and the path choice of regional differences.
