随着信息技术的飞速发展,高等教育信息化建设取得了可喜的成绩,大力促进了高校教学与管理的改革与发展。以绩效技术为指导理念,从基础设置、绩效目标设定、目标实施监控、绩效考评、绩效沟通、绩效申诉、系统维护与管理七个方面对大学绩效管理平台进行设计,从而促进大学管理的信息化、高效化,进而提高大学的管理绩效。

With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of the informationization of higher education has made gratifying achievements, and vigorously promote the reform and development of teaching and management in universities. This paper attempts to design the university performance management platform in the concept of performance technique, from the basic set, performance target setting, target monitoring, performance appraisal, performance communication, performance appeal, system maintenance and management of the seven aspects, so as to promote the university management informationization, efficient, and improve the university management performance.
