摘要
从文化主体来看,教学文化主要由教师的教文化、学生的学文化及教学领导的管文化组成。时下大学整体上显现有教学文化相互冲突的征象,异群文化冲突、外源式文化冲突尤为突出。教学领导的管理、专任教师的教授和学生的学习活动所分别彰显出的行政文化、学术性文化与日常性文化,各有其运行逻辑和适用领域,彼此之间的文化阻隔与冲突永恒存在、不可避免。为防止大学教学文化冲突肆意蔓延、恶化,我们应设法施用各种有形的与无形的手段,对其进行必要的文化调谐。调谐的基本方略是制度规范和价值干预。
From the point of cultural subject, teaching culture is mainly composed by teachers' teaching culture, students' learning culture and instructional leaders' teaching culture. Nowadays university as a whole has appeared some conflict signs of teaching culture, especially cultural conflicts between different groups, exogenous cultural conflict. Instructional leaders' management, full-time teachers' instruction and students' learning activity, which is respectively highlighted by the administrative culture, academic culture, and routine culture, each have its operation logic and application fields, the cultural barrier and conflict between each other is eternal and inevitable. To prevent the wanton spread and deteriorating of university teaching cultural conflict, we should try to use all kinds of tangible and intangible means, try to make necessary cultural tuning. The basic strategies of this tuning are institutional standard and values intervention.
