摘要
以浙江省农村中小学女教师为主要对象的调查研究发现,农村女教师的专业发展虽然意愿强烈,但专业发展水平仍需提升;农村教师专业发展在性别问题上存在一定程度的差异;角色冲突、性别隔离、人际交往和身心健康等因素对农村女教师的专业发展存在不同程度的影响。
In the investigation of rural area female teachers from primary and middle schools of Zhejiang province, it is found that although their will for professional development is strong, their professional development level indeed need to be improved. Rural area teachers' professional development varies in gender. Role conflict, gender segregation, interpersonal communication, physical and mental health and other factors produce an impact on their professional development in different degrees.
