摘要
研究以78名中小学教师为被试,采用内隐联想测验法和问卷法,考察了教师内隐和外显职业认同的关系及社会赞许性在两者中的作用。结果发现:(1)中小学教师的外显职业认同得分较高,且存在中等程度的内隐职业认同;(2)中小学教师的外显职业认同存在性别、城乡和学校类别差异;(3)在控制社会赞许性之前,外显职业认同与内隐职业认同的相关不显著,控制了社会赞许性之后,两者相关显著;(4)社会赞许性可以正向预测外显职业认同。
The present study investigated the implicit and explicit professional identity of 78 school teachers by Implicit As- sociation Test and' questionnaire respectively. The study compared the relationship between implicit and explicit professional identity and the effect of social desirability in each group. The results indicated : ( 1 ) the teachers' explicit professional identity was higher, and their implicit professional identity was moderate level; (2) on the explicit profession identity, there were significant differences between male and female, urban and rural, and elementary and middle school teachers ; (3) the teachers' implicit and explicit professional identity had no significant correlation without controlling social desirability. But this relationship was significantly positive after the controlling; (4) social desirability could positively predict teachers' explicit professional identity.
