论非婚生子女权益保护制度之完善

On Perfection of Illegitimate Children Protection System

非婚生子女作为社会弱势群体其合法权益极易受到侵害,为此需要对其加强立法保护,但我国相关立法在这方面还不够完善,存在着非婚生子女的概念不明确、没有设立非婚生子女亲子关系的确认制度、实际地位与婚生子女不平等以及户籍申报难等诸多阙如,因此我们应围绕这些问题加以完善。

The lawful rights and interests of the illegitimate children, as the social vulnerable groups, are extremely vulnerable. Therefore, the legislative protection for them needs to be strengthened. But our country＇s relevant legislation in this aspect is still not perfect, the concept of the illegitimate children is not clear, and there is no system to confirm the parent-child relation- ship of the illegitimate children and the problems of the inequality of the actual status of the illegitimate children and their household registration application are still existed. Therefore, these problems should be focused and further perfected.
