我国高校人文社会科学学术评价体系综合改革探讨

摘要 全面深化改革的背景下,教育领域改革措施频出,为高校人文社会科学学术评价体系改革提供了契机。当前对人文社会科学学术评价的研究多着力于评价方法的改进,学术评价异化的表现等探讨,鲜有对其产生原因的系统探讨。而现行评价体系的异化严重阻碍了人文社会科学研究的发展。文章从宏观层面、中观层面、微观层面三个维度对人文社会科学异化的原因进行了分析,提出通过落实高校办学自主权、改革科研资源分配模式、根据高校特点探索适合自身发展的评价模式及开展分类评价、完善学术共同体等改革路径,以期为高校人文社会科学学术评价改革提供借鉴。 Under the background of all-round deepening reform, the reform measures in the field of edfication have been occurred frequently which has provided opportunities for the reform of humanities and social sciences academic evaluation system in universities and colleges of China. At present, the research about the humanities and social sciences academic evaluation mainly focused on the improvement of the evaluation method and the performance of the academic evaluation alienation and there is little systematic research about the causes of it. The current alienation of the evaluation system has hindered seriously the development of the humanities and social sciences research. The paper analyzed the reasons of the alienation of the humani- ties and social sciences from three dimensions of macro, medium and micro level and proposed the implementation of the auton- omy of the universities and colleges and the mode of reforming the distribution of the scientific research resources. According to the characteristic of the universities and colleges, we should explore the evaluation mode and implement the classification evaluation which adapted to the development of the universities and colleges and improve the reform path of academic community in order to provide reference for the reform of humanities and social sciences academic evaluation system in universities and colleges of China.
