涉农企业上级管理者的决策动机对下级管理者非伦理行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了在不同的情景下,涉农企业内的上级管理者要求直接下级采取非伦理行为时,下级做出非伦理行为的可能性。研究发现:当直接上级以个体利益为导向要求下级做出非伦理行为时,采取威胁的沟通策略比劝说策略更易使下级做出非伦理行为;当直接上级以组织利益为导向要求下级做出非伦理行为时,采取劝说的沟通策略比威胁策略更能使下级做出非伦理行为。此外,下级与上级的社会关系负向调节上级决策动机与沟通策略对下级非伦理行为的交互作用。
