十八大以来,习近平总书记对社会主义核心价值体系和社会主义核心价值观有不少新的论述,主要体现在:进一步明确了社会主义核心价值体系与社会主义核心价值观的关系;坚守我们的价值体系和价值观必须发挥文化的作用;中国梦意味着中国人民和中华民族的价值体认和价值追求,中国梦的宣传和阐释要与当代中国价值观念紧密结合起来;进一步明确了培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的途径。

Since the lgth CPC National Congress,many new statements on socialist core value system and socialist core value concepts have been made by general secretary Xi Jinping. It mainly embodied in the following aspects：the relationship between socialist core value system and socialist core value concepts is further clarified,and the function of culture must be exerted to adhere to our value system and value concepts;China Dream means the value recognition and value pursuit of Chinese people and Chinese na- tionality,and the propaganda and interpretation of China Dream should be closely connected to contem- porary Chinese values;and the paths of cultivating and practicing socialist core value concepts are fur- ther clarified.
