摘要
伴随着西藏经济跨越式发展进程的加快推进,劳动关系领域出现了许多新变化、新特征和新趋势。特别是因劳动报酬、社会保险等引发的劳动争议逐年增多,对西藏和谐劳动关系的构建产生了一定程度的冲击。西藏劳动争议近十年发展趋势的形成,与西藏的经济社会发展条件、政府、企业、劳动者等多方因素有关。为了应对这种发展趋势,以上各方应共同采取相应的对策。
Abstract:Along with economic leaping to accelerate the development process,in the field of labor rela- tions,there have been many new changes,new features and new trends. Labor remuneration,social insur-ance and other labor dispute increased year by year,and they strongly impacts on the building of a harmonious labor relations in Tibet. The 10 years long Tibet labor dispute Closely releted to the Condi-tion of the development trends of the economic and social development,the government,business,labor and other multi-factors in Tibet. In response to this trend,the above parties should jointly take appro-pilate countermeasures.
