农业生产性服务对农业技术进步贡献的影响

Research of Agricultural Producer Services' Effect on Agricultural Technology Progress

在梳理相关文献的基础上,对农业生产性服务业体系影响农业技术进步贡献的机理进行了分析,并利用2004—2012年我国31个省市的数据,通过面板模型实证分析了农业生产性服务对农业技术进步贡献的影响。结果表明,我国农业生产性服务对农业技术进步的农业增长贡献具有较为明显的促进作用,且现阶段其对农业技术进步贡献率的影响是以直接影响为主。最后提出有效地整合农业生产性服务的各类主体、各种资源和各个要素促进农业生产性服务业发展,扩大农业技术进步对农业增长贡献的政策建议和路径选择。

Based on the correlation literature , this paper analyses the agricultural productive service sys-tem which may have certain influence on agricultural technology ’ s contribution mechanism .Then a panel data model is built to make empirical analysis , using data of 31 Provinces of China from 2004 to 2012. Conclusions show that China ’ s agricultural producer services have obvious and direct effects on the pro-gress of technology contribution rate .Finally, policy advice and path selection are put forward so as to promote agricultural production service support on agricultural technology progress .
