新生代农民工城市社区融入困境分析

The Plight of New Generation Migrant Workers in the Integrating Process into Urban Community

非制度性因素对新生代农民工城市融入的阻碍凸显,社区成为考察新生代农民工城市融入发生机理的重要场域。将研究视点置于城市社区空间内,发现新生代农民工"融城"过程中在人际关系、诉求渠道、日常活动、身份认同等方面存在向同质群体"内卷"的趋势。在调研的基础上,运用"推拉"理论构建"内卷化"成因的微观解释框架,分析得出社区场域和同质群体各自的推力和拉力作用已将新生代农民工置于尴尬境地,社区场域推力大于拉力与同质群体拉力大于推力的综合作用使新生代农民工的社区融入成为虚化的"推拉"过程,他们被限制在同质群体中不断"内卷"。只有使社区场域的拉力大于推力,同质群体的推力大于拉力,方能破解新生代农民工的城市社区融入困境。

In the process of migrant workers ’ integration into cities , non -institutional factors have played hindering roles;and communities become important field of study .Focusing on the urban commu-nity space , we found that in the process of integrating , there existed a kind of “involvement” tendency in the homogeous groups in the aspects of interpersonal relationship , appeal channels , daily activities and i-dentity .Based on investigation and research , we built a microscopic framework , using “push and pull”effect to explain the causing factors of “involvement”.Analysis showed that the push and pull forces of the community field and homogeneous group respectively have put migrant workers in a dilemma , and they were limited in the homogeneous groups and constantly in the “involvement”.Only by making the pulling force bigger than the pushing force in communities , and pushing force bigger than the pulling force in the homogeous groups , the plight of migrant workers integrating into urban communities can be solved .
