摘要
"交际能力"是外语教学领域的基本概念,该能力的培养已经成为各层次外语教学的共同目标。近年来,高校外语交际能力培养中出现的种种问题表明:在高等教育环境下,语言运用本身应该成为外语教学的智力内容。要培养学生良好的外语交际能力,必须鼓励、促使他们积极探求语言形式与其所表达思想之间的关系。只有这样,高校外语教学才能满足学生的外语交际需求,使其适应二十一世纪日益复杂的全球化环境,同时也满足高等教育智力探究的教育使命。
As a key concept in the field of foreign language teaching, the development of communicative competence has become the common goal of foreign language teaching at all levels. In recent years, problems have occurred in the development of communicative competence in higher education, which points to the importance of making language use itself the intellectual content of foreign language teaching. In order to develop students' communicative competence in foreign languages, efforts must be made in encouraging and helping them to probe into the relationship between linguistic forms and the meaning conveyed. Only in this way can foreign language teaching satisfy not only students' needs for communicative competence in foreign languages in an increasingly complex global environment, but also help to accomplish the mission of higher education in intellectual inquiry.
