基于竞争技术采纳模型的用户初始使用意愿研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章以技术采纳模型为基础,引入认知理论中的首因效应,将竞争环境纳入考虑范畴,利用"竞争品满意度"来表达原有使用习惯对用户初始采纳意愿的影响。认为用户在信息技术采纳初期的使用意愿源自于个人是否有与该技术相关的"需求",并受到从众心理的影响。选取了移动互联网个人服务为研究对象,通过问卷调查和结构方程模型进行了实证研究。结果表明:需求感知显著正向影响了有用性感知和使用意愿,竞争品满意度显著负向影响了有用性感知和使用意愿。
