实践取向的美国教师教育课程 被引量:5

摘要 实践取向的课程旨在克服美国传统的大学本位教师培养模式理论与实践相脱节这一弊病。实践取向的教师教育课程强调以实践为中心,把理论课程与实践课程的学习整合在一起,要求在课程内容组织、教学策略、教学人员与场地等方面做出相应调整。同时,实践取向的教师教育课程变革也面临着资金、人事安排等困境和挑战。美国实践取向教师教育课程可以为我国教师教育课程改革提供借鉴和启示。
