技术标准化提升产业国际竞争力的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Technological Standardization to Promote Industrial International Competitiveness

利用拓展的波特钻石模型分析技术标准化对产业国际竞争力的影响机理;选取2000~2011年十大行业的面板数据,考量技术标准化与产业国际竞争力的关系及作用。结果发现,行业标准化水平、标准对外开放水平以及外资参与标准化水平对产业国际竞争力的提升存在显著的正向影响,且标准对外开放水平的作用存在一定的时滞效应。

The article develops an expanded diamond model and uses it for a theoretical analysis a-bout the mechanism between the international competitiveness of industry and technology standardization in this paper.Secondly,the paper analyzes ten industries about the development and conditions of tech-nology standardization after classifying relevant industries.Thirdly,through using 2000-2011 panel da-ta of these industries,the empirical test about the relationship between the industry international compet-itiveness and the technology standardization has been carried on by econometric analysis method.The empirical result shows that the level of standardization,standardization level opening to the outside world and foreign participation level in standardization has positive effects to the promotion of industrial inter-national competitiveness,but the role of standardization level opening to the outside world has a lag effect.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the international competitiveness of China＇s industry from the perspective of technical standards according to the empirical results.
