网络嵌入与物流企业服务创新绩效的关系——基于动态能力的分析

Relationship between Network Embeddedness and Service Innovation Performance of Logistics Enterprise:Based on Dynamic Capability

将网络嵌入分为结构嵌入和关系嵌入两个维度,以动态能力为中介变量,构建了网络嵌入影响物流企业服务创新绩效的概念模型,并提出研究假设。利用全国151家物流企业样本的问卷调查数据,构建结构方程模型进行实证研究。结果显示:结构嵌入和关系嵌入通过动态能力的中介作用对物流企业的服务创新绩效产生正向影响。

This paper constructs a conceptual model of network embeddedness＇s impact on logistics enterprise＇s service innovation performance, in which dynamic capability is taken as a intermediary variable,and network embeddedness includes structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness. Then it gives the research hypothesis. And using the data from the questionnaire survey of 151 logistics enterprises,and building the structural equation model,it verifies these research hypothesis. The result shows that structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness have positive impacts on logistics enterprise＇s service innovation performance through the mediating effect of dynamic capability.
