全面深化改革能以“西方的理论为指导”套搬西方模式吗?——学习习近平系列讲话等中央精神与吴敬琏教授商榷

Can We Comprehensively Deepen Reform to "Western Theory as the Instruction" and Set the Western Model?

全面深化改革必须以马克思主义为指导,以坚持人民主体地位和中国特色社会主义自我完善和发展性质、坚持公有制主体地位和发挥国有经济主导作用,不断增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力为原则,以建立更好发挥政府科学宏观调控作用和市场对资源配置决定性作用有机统一的社会主义市场经济体制、完善政治体制和政府职能以使我们的制度更完善、更成熟为目标,以及"两个不能否定",都是中央精神,也是立足国情的正确抉择。然而吴敬琏先生却与此相悖,把新自由主义奉为圭臬,提出了"消除国有企业"等套搬西方模式的主张,包括全盘否定新中国社会主义建设一以贯之性质的观点,对于全面深化改革具有不可小觑的消极作用,很值得商榷。

The comprehensively deepen reform must be guided by the Marxism, adhere to the principal position of people and the nature of the self-improvement and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the principal position of public ownership, and play the leading role of state-owned economy, and constantly enhance the vitality of state-owned economy, influence and control for the principle, to build up a better role of the government macroeconomic regulation and control science and the market and has a decisive role on the resources allocation of organic unity of the socialist market economic system, the perfect political system and the government functions in order to make our system more perfect, more mature as the goal, and the ＂two cannot deny＂, are all the central spirit and the corre ct choice based o n the national situation. Mr. Wu Jinglian, however, contrary to this, take the new liberalism as the pattern, put forward the propos ition of ＂limination of state-owned enterprises＂ with the western model, including negate the nature of new China＇s socialist construction, and have negative effect on comprehensively deepen reforms, and is well worth be questionable.
