摘要
创新行为的产生不仅受组织氛围的影响,也与个体特质有着密切的关系。基于142名在校大学生的调查数据,构建了情绪智力、创新氛围和创新行为之间的关系模型。通过实证分析,揭示了大学生创新行为与情绪智力、创新氛围存在以下关系:大学生情绪智力与创新行为之间存在正向关系,其中情绪智力中自我情绪的认知、对他人情绪的识别与评价和情绪控制对创新构想的产生具有显著的正向作用;他人情绪的识别与评价和情绪利用对创新构想的执行过程发挥重要的作用;创新氛围对创新构想的产生和执行均具有正向预测作用,且创新氛围调节了情绪智力变量中情绪控制对创新构想的产生以及情绪利用对创新构想的执行作用。上述结论说明培养大学生的创新行为,要关注对策的针对性;将创新氛围塑造和个体情绪智力培养相结合才能有助于创新意识的形成和创新行为的产生。
The generation of innovation behavior not only influenced by organization atmosphere, also has close relationship with individual charac teristics. In this paper, we based on the theoretical analysis discussed the relationship of emotional intelligence and innovation atmosphere to inno vation behavior. Through the empirical analysis, reveals the relationship between College students' innovative behavior, emotional intelligence and innovation atmosphere. Our results show that, there exists positive relationship between emotional intelligence and innovation behavior, the cogni tion of self-emotion, identification and evaluation of others' emotion, and emotion control have remarkable positive effect on the generation of innovation idea; the identification and evaluation of others' emotion and emotion osage play an important role in the execution process of innovation ide a. Innovation atmosphere also has positive predictive effect on the generation and implementation of innovation idea and also plays positive regula ting action in the relationship of emotional intelligence to innovation behavior. The conclusion shows that in order to cultivate the innovation behavior of college students, we need to attention countermeasures of targeted; and combine to shape innovation atmosphere and cultivate individual emotional behavior contribute to formation of innovation consciousness and innovation behavior.
