经济危机防控中政府应该履行相应的道德责任,但这是有限度的。这些限度在众多的表现中又首先表现为必然限度。所谓经济危机防控中政府履行道德责任的必然限度就是指政府在防控经济危机中所承担的道德责任是有客观的、必然的范围或者局限性的。仅就其表现而言,经济危机防控中政府履行道德责任的必然限度就包含着制度限度、主权限度、范围限度和关系限度四个方面。

In- evitably, the so-called necessary limit in the process of preventing and controlling economic crisis covers an objective range and has its own limitations. As far as its manifestations are concerned, the necessary limit contains four aspects： system limit, sovereignty limit, range limit and relation limit.
