摘要
通过运用实证方法对消费者知识、从众心理和来源国效应的关系进行研究。研究结果表明,在消费者知识与从众心理的关系层面,消费者知识对信息性从众和规范性从众均有显著的负向影响;在消费者知识和来源国效应的关系层面,消费者知识对来源国效应具有显著的负向影响;在从众心理和来源国效应的关系层面,信息性从众对来源国效应有显著的负向影响,规范性从众对来源国效应有显著的正向影响。最后对研究结果进行了讨论。
This paper has made an empirical research on the relationship of consumer knowledge, conformity psychology and country--of--origin effect. The following content is verified, in the rela- tionship between consumer knowledge and conformity psychology, consumer knowledge has signifi- cant negative impact on informational conformity and normative conformity; in the relationship be- tween consumer knowledge and country--of--origin effect, consumer knowledge has significant nega- tive impact on country--of--origin effect; in the relationship between conformity psychology and country--of--origin effect, informational conformity has significant negative influence on country--of --origin effect, normative conformity has significant positive influence on country--of--origin effect. Finally, this paper discusses the results of the research, and points out the theoretical contributions, limitations of the research and the direction of the research in the future.
