摘要
为了使衬砌钢模台车适应不同隧道或变截面隧道的施工要求,基于钢结构设计原理,设计了一种用于钢模台车变截面的新结构。在分析变截面隧道特点的基础上,以4~6m范围变化的隧道截面为例,阐述了由可变形模板和弧拱架组成的顶模板的变截面结构的设计思想及过程,并与常用的台车变截面结构进行了比较。该结构可以使钢模台车适用范围更大,提高施工效率以及降低成本。
To adapt to the requirements of construction of different tunnels or variable cross-section tunnels, a new variable cross-section structure of steel form jumbo is designed based on steel structure design principle. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of variable cross-section tunnels, taking 4-6 meters change tunnel cross-section for example ,the design idea and the process of variable cross-section structure that is composed of formworks and radians arch are described,and the new structure is compared with common variable cross-section structure. The structure makes application scope of steel formworks jumbo more broad,improves the efficiency of construction,reduces the cost.
