摘要
可靠性是直驱式A/C轴双摆角铣头的一项重要技术指标。通过对双摆角铣头总体结构故障树分析,建立双摆角铣头系统等效可靠性串联模型和故障树模型,采用故障树分析法排查系统中的故障形式,得出双摆角铣头系统的关键性环节,为系统改进及故障诊断提供参考依据。并针对泄漏出现的问题,提出解决办法,取得了良好的效果。
Reliability is important technical indicators of direct-drive A/C axis bi-rotary milling head. Based on the fault tree analysis about overall structure,equivalent reliability and fault tree model of bi-rotary milling head are built,and the critical link of the bi-rotary milling head is obtained to provide reference for system improvements and fault diagnosis. And the leakage solutions are proposed to obtain good results.
