摘要
主要研究旋流场中液滴破碎与临界操作参数间的关系,确定旋流场中液滴破碎临界操作参数。首先通过对液滴在旋流场中所受剪切应力液滴变形及破碎依据的及分析,得出液滴破碎的原因,并发现临界操作参数与旋流器结构尺寸及进料物性有关,进而推导出临界进料平均速度和临界进料流量的计算公式,并运用算例仿真确定临界参数,为液-液旋流器最佳操作参数的确定及旋流器结构尺寸的设计提供了理论依据。
This paper investigates the relationship between the droplet breakage and critical operating parameters in the spiral flow field,and determines the critical operating parameters of droplet breakage in spiral flow field. Based on the analysis of shear stresses exerting on droplets and cause of break-up in hydrocyclones,it is found that the critical operation parameters is affected by hydrocyclone design and feed characteristics. The calculation equations of critical inlet velocity and critical inlet flow rate is deduced. Example simulation is used to determine the critical parameters,which can be used as a guide for determination of optimum operation parameter and design of hydrocyclone structure in hydroeyelone application.
