摘要
针对反应堆压力容器接管安全端焊缝超声检查装置进行了总体结构设计,设计的吊装机构解决了偏心吊装问题,轴向拉伸机构提高了设备安装效率,轴向与周向定位方法保证了超声检查定位精度与重复定位精度。该检查装置独立携带多超声托盘实施接管安全端超声检查,能与大型压力容器检查装置并行工作,可为压力容器接管安全端超声检查提供一种高效、安全的接管安全端焊缝超声检验方式。
The article introduces the detailed structural design of device for ultrasonic inspection of reactor power vessel safe end weld.The design of the hoist device has corrected the eccentricity issue.The axial stretching device has enhanced the installation efficiency. The circumferential and axial locating method assures the precise location of the ultrasonic probes for multiple test phases. The ultrasonic inspection device has the feature of multiple ultrasonic probe carriers. It is capable of working with other inspecting device on reactor nuclear power vessel.It is a high-efficiency and secure ultrasonic inspecting device for the purpose of inspection of pressure vessel safe end weld.
