一种小口径深井内壁去污装置设计

摘要 为实现小口径核污染深井的内壁去污,研制了一种专用去污处理装置。通过伺服柔性升降机构、径向止转轴向移动机构、可动态补偿擦拭头和放射粉尘实时吸收机构等设计,完成对小口径核污染深井的内壁去污。该装置具有结构新颖,操作方便,对圆度不规则口径的去污对象适应性强的特点,为相关类似核退役去污工程设计提供了技术积累。 In the course of the decommissioning of a nuclear reactor, a decontamination equiptment is designed to wipe off and collect some nucleus contamination on inner surface of a type of small cylindrical deep well.It is original that the equiptment is mainly consisted of servo flexible lift mechanism,radial turn limiter and axial mobile assembled mechanism, dynamic compensator wiper and radioactive dust real-time collecter.By the decontamination equiptment above,it is very convenient to decontaminate radioactive dust on inner surface of small abnormity cylindrical deep well.
