摘要
以某新型电动汽车前轴的电机减速器为设计对象。在Romax designer软件环境下,对整个传动系统进行设计和强度校核,并导入箱体的有限元模型,比较柔性箱体对齿轮疲劳应力的影响,最后得到约束条件下的箱体表面的静态应力分布、固有频率和振型,为进一步的疲劳分析和振动噪声试验打下基础。
The motor reducer of a new electric ear front axle is taken as design objects. By using Romax designer software, the entire drive system is designed,and its structural strength is checked. Finite element model of the box is imported for analyzing the influence of flexible body on endurance stress, the static stress distribution on the housing surface with constraints, the natural frequencies and mode shapes. The analysis results provide reference for further fatigue analysis and test of noise and vibration.
