摘要
对圆柱斜齿轮的几种建模方法进行比较,为了减少在圆柱斜齿轮计算机辅助设计过程中参数化设计、有限元分析的跨平台数据传递,通过CATIA软件中函数设计功能模块,对渐开线齿轮进行精确的建模,并利用有限元软件对已经建立的斜齿轮模型进行动态接触分析。
In this paper,several modeling methods of cylindrical spiral gear are compared. To reduce data's mutual affection of parametric design and finite element analysis during cylindrical spiral gear's aid design,a precise mold is built by function design of CATIA,and dynamic contact analysis of bevel gear model is carried out based on ANSYS.
