基于液压支架用安全阀冲击性能仿真分析

摘要 在冲击地压发生时,安全阀需要在瞬间完成对液压支架的卸载,其冲击性能对液压支架整体性能具有重要影响。文中利用AMESim软件建立了安全阀冲击性能仿真模型,对安全阀的冲击性能进行了仿真分析,得到了被试安全阀压力、流量的仿真曲线,并指出被试阀符合欧洲标准EN1804-3对液压支架用安全阀冲击性能的要求。 In the rock burst occurs, the safety valve needs to be completed on the hydraulic support unload at the moment,the impact performance has important effects on the overall performance of hydraulic support. This paper establishes the safety valve impact performance simulation model using AMESim software, the impact on the performance of the safety valve is simulated. The simulation curve of flow rate and pressure in the tested safety valve is obtained. The results proves that tested valves can meet the requirements of impact performance impulse safety valve for the hydraulic support in European EN1804-3 standards.
