高校图书馆在医学生人文素养教育中的作用路径探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解医学生人文素养现状,探讨高校图书馆在医学生人文素养教育中的作用路径。方法随机选取某医学院临床专业2009级~2013级本科学生为调查对象,各200名;采用自设计"图书馆在医学生人文素养教育中的作用路径"问卷调查表,于2013年4月至2014年3月,蹲守图书馆医科、社科阅览室,多阶段、分层次进行问卷调查,分析、判断图书馆人文教育的有效途径。结果 1被调查学生对"人文素养"平均正确认识率为:45.9%(451人次);其中从2013级~2009级分别为[人次(%)]:26(13.0)、59(29.5)、87(43.5)、124(62.0)以及163(81.5),χ2=23.19,P〈0.05;2对图书馆开展人文教育,被调查学生88.0%(880人次)认为应将专业教育与人文教育相融合;91.5%(915人次)认为其最佳持续时间为5年;87.5%(875人次)认为其作用机制是内省化;3被调查学生半数以上认为图书馆人文教育有效途径为馆藏文献资源、名医名师讲堂、医学人文网络、学科馆员个性化导读、图书馆员言传身教以及特定时空环境。结论高校图书馆可以采用"一贯制、全维度、渗透式"架构,通过优化人文馆藏、举办人文讲堂、创建人文网站、设立人文馆员制度、强化馆员教育与培训以及完善图书馆文化等路径,不断提升图书馆在医学生人文素养教育中的作用。 Objective To investigate the humanistic quality situation of medical undergraduates and discuss the pathways of influence of university library on the humanistic quality education of medical undergraduates. Methods The undergraduates of clinical speciality in a medical college were randomly chosen as subjects,with 200 undergraduates in each grade of 2009- 2013. The investigation was conducted in the medical science reading room and social science reading room of library by designed questionnaire " Pathways of Influence of Library on the Humanistic Quality Education of Medical Undergraduates" from April2013 to March2014. The effective pathways of humanistic education based on library was analyzed and judged by multi- stage and hierarchical questionnaire survey. Results The average percentage of the investigated undergraduates with correct understanding of humanistic quality was 45. 9%( 451 persons),the number( / %) of undergraduates in grade2013- 2009 was 26( 13. 0),59( 29. 5),87( 43. 5),124( 62. 0) and 163( 81. 5),respectively,χ2= 23.19,P 0. 05. Humanistic education was launched in the library. 88. 0% respondents( 880 persons) believed that professional education should be integrated with humanistic education. 91. 5% respondents( 915 persons)believed that the optimal duration was five years,87. 5% respondents( 875 persons) believed that the mechanism had an introspective feature. More than half of the respondents considered that the effective pathways of humanistic education based on library were literature resources,lectures by famous doctors and masters,medical humanities network,individualized reading guidance from subject librarians,teaching by personal example of librarians and specific spatial- temporal environment. Conclusions The framework of " consistency, full dimensions and permeability" is suitable in university libraries. The influence of library on the humanistic quality education of medical undergraduates can be promoted by optimizing the resources of humanistic literatures,holding more humanistic lectures,creating humanistic websites,establishing the institution of " humanistic librarians",strengthening the education and training for librarians,and perfecting library culture.
