集束化护理预防胃肠减压期间胃管滑脱的研究

Study on the effect of bundle carein preventing tube slippagefrom occurring during gastrointestinal decompression

目的探讨集束化护理预防胃肠减压病人胃管滑脱的效果。方法选择2013年7月至2014年8月入住普外科的100例胃肠减压病人为试验组,采用集束化护理措施;选取2012年8月至2013年6月入住普外科100例胃肠减压病人为对照组,采用常规护理措施;比较两组胃管滑脱发生率。结果试验组胃管滑脱发生例数为4例(4%),对照组胃管滑脱发生例数为12例(12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施集束化护理措施可有效预防胃肠减压病人胃管滑脱。

Objective To investigate the effect of bundle carein preventingtube slippagefrom occurring duringgastrointestinal decompression. Methods 100 patients with gastrointestinal decompression and hospitaliszed inour hospital during July 2013 and August 2014 were included in this study,and they receivedbundle care. Another 100 patients hospitalized in our hospital during August 2012 and June 2013 were chosen as control and received conventional nursing measures. Compared the occurrence rate of tube slippage. Results patients（ 4%） has tube slippage in bundle care group,however,the percentage in the control group was 12%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The bundle care can effectively prevent tube slippage from occurring of gastrointestinal decompression patients.
