摘要
为全面提升高校人才培养质量,进一步推动以“学”为中心、注重学习过程和结果的教育质量评价体系的建设,加强国内外高等教育领域研究者和实践者在相关领域的成果交流与合作,清华大学教育研究院与“国际比较教育学会”(CIES)、“高等教育专题研究组”(HESIG)合作,于2013年10月27日-28日在清华大学举办了“全球化时代大学生学习与发展研究”国际研讨会。与会者探讨了全球化时代高等教育质量保障的新特点及其发展趋势,分析了全球化时代大学生学习与发展研究的新进展以及相关调查与测验工具的编制与使用情况。
To improve the quality of talent cuhivation in Chinese higher education institutions, and to estab- lish a learner-centered educational quality assessment system based on learning process and outcome, the inter- national conference on college student learning and development in globalization has been held during Oct. 27th-28th 2013. The conference was jointly organized by the Institute of Education, Tsinghua University, Com- parative and International Education Society, and Higher Education Special Interest Group. The characteristics and trends of higher education quality assurance, the recent progress and the survey, test instrument of student learning and development in globalizing time have been discussed and analyzed during the conference.
