摘要
针对文丘里水膜除尘器捕集水量难以调试的问题,根据短程捕集理论通过对文丘里管捕集器工作原理的流体力学分析,当最小捕集粒径为 5μm时,最佳捕集水量为0.0030m3/s,为快速准确地调试水膜除尘器提供科学依据。
The paper is directed at the difficult adjustment of the catchments of venture water film catcher. The analysis of the mechanism of venture catcher according to shortcut theory shows that when the minimum size of particle caught is 5 m, the optimum catchment is 0.0030m3/s. The paper provides the scientific data for a quicker and more accurate adjustment of dust catcher.
