摘要
探讨了园林技术专业"教学做三位一体"工学结合人才培养模式的设计依据、设计模式、实施运行、保障措施,总结了工学结合人才培养模式改革与实践的经验,旨在为高职院校技术技能型人才培养提供借鉴。
The design basis, design pattern, implementation and operation and safeguard measures on personnel training mode in work-study combination of Teaching, learning and doing as trinity for Garden Technological major are elaborated in this paper. The reform and practice experiences of the trinity work-study personnel training mode are summarized, which provide reference for highly-skilled personnel training in higher vocational schools.
