Construction of the National Institution of American Vocational Education and Its Enlightenment

美国联邦政府通过完善职业教育的国家决策与管理制度,建立职业教育经费投入制度,职业教育质量标准与保障制度,构建普职贯通的职业教育体系,职业教育外部配套制度等一系列措施,建构起了职业教育的国家制度体系,对我国职业教育国家制度的建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

The Federal Government of the United States has established its national institution of vocational education by perfecting its national decision-making and management mechanism in vocational education, constructing its financing and granting system for vocational education, building its educational quality standard and assurance institution, integrating academy-oriented education with vocational education and developing its supportive institution for vocational education. The American experience will enlighten China in its endeavor to develop its own national institution of vocational education.
